Episode 90: What’s a career in Physical Therapy and is it worth it?

In this episode, Luz chats with Daniel about whether he believes that his journey to becoming a physical therapist has all been worth it. Going to college and additionally to graduate school for a degree that allows you to practice physical therapy is an investment so it’s important to do your research and make sure you look for opportunities that will help offset the cost as well provide a meaningful and worthwhile experience that at the end of the day is rewarding.

He emphasizes that there are many paths to get to where he is now but ultimately there are some specific requirements you have to meet to get there. He also explains what it means to be a physical therapist, including the built-in diversity in the field, the challenges getting to where he is now, and what has been the most rewarding part of his job.
