In this episode, Joseph discusses how choosing a major is not a binding commitment to future post-college plans or opportunities but instead should serve as an opportunity to pursue potentially multiple interests in-depth.

In this episode you will hear from:

Post college student and co-host Mijin who, in high school, was determined to major in english and realized through her time in college that with an English major she could explore other areas of interest, such as entrepreneurship, to enrich her college experience and broaden her skill set. By being strategic about her coursework and internship opportunities, she learned that an English major does NOT have to limit the kind of job you can do after college. In her case, that meant pursuing a Masters in Accounting, working for a large firm, then switching within the company to a new role
