In this Episode Ms. Maria de los Santos Mendoza explains how always asking questions, being involved in her children’s education every step of the way, and raising her children with respect and discipline instilled the drive to succeed that helped her children ultimately go to and graduate from college.

Along her journey as a single mother she realized that although she didn’t have many of the answers on how to directly help her children apply to college, there was a lot she could still do to support her kids and help them achieve their goals.
